About the Conference

The 18th edition of the conference is organized by partners from two national consortia of knowledge and technology transfer offices, representing 13 public research organizations.

This year's International Technology Transfer Conference's topic is strengthening spin-out support systems - bridging research, innovation, and policy for a competitive deep tech Europe, and enabling research commercialization and sustainable innovation through coordinated EU and national strategies.

Key Stakeholders

The conference will involve different key stakeholders in the process such as public research organizations as knowledge providers, technology parks as infrastructure providers, agencies, consultants, capital (VC, agencies, angels), SMEs, international enterprises, private innovators, etc.

Target Audience and Benefits

The target audience of the conference are technology transfer experts, researchers, students and post-graduate students with entrepreneurial ambitions, representatives of industry, established and future entrepreneurs, innovators and also representatives from governmental institutions and policy-making organizations.

Paper presentations: scientific papers on technology transfer and intellectual property

The Program Committee calls for papers on the topics of the conference. Accepted papers will be presented in-person at the conference and published in the conference proceedings.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

The papers should not exceed four pages, and should be written in English. Papers written in program Microsoft Word must be made according to the MS Word template and submitted via EasyChair. The papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Review Programme Committee. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN, posted (open access) on the ITTC web page and presented by the authors at the conference.

In 2025 only in-person presentations of accepted papers will be possible. By default, the presentations shall be given in English. Time allocated for each presentation will be depend on the total number of presentations.
