The 19th International Conference on Combinatorial Optimization and Applications (COCOA 2026) will be held during December 4-6, 2026 in Beijing, China, hosted by Beijing University of Chemical Technology. The conference provides a high-level academic exchange platform for researchers in algorithm design, combinatorial optimization, and computer applications, showcasing the latest theoretical breakthroughs and algorithmic innovations. The program includes keynote speeches, parallel sessions, a doctoral forum, a frontier special session, and poster presentations. The proceedings will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series and indexed by both EI and Scopus.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
