The 4th UK-China Teaching, Learning, and Educational Technology (TILE-TEC 2026) Conference will be held in Chengdu, China on May 22-24, 2026. It aims to bring together scholars, researchers, educators, students, and professionals from the UK and China to discuss the evolving role of Generative AI in higher education, with a focus on transnational education (TNE). With the rapid development of AI technologies, particularly Generative AI, the higher education sector faces unique challenges and unprecedented opportunities. This conference provides a platform for participants to exchange insights, share innovative practices, and explore the implications of AI-driven tools in transforming teaching, learning, and educational technologies. Submission Guidelines
- 1. Full Paper (Presentation and Publication)
- The paper must be written in English.
- All submissions will undergo a peer-review process by the conference committee.
- The paper should be at least 2 pages, maximum 5 pages including all figures, tables, and references, more pages will be charged.
- The paper should be submitted as a PDF document in .pdf format.
- Submitted paper must be unpublished.
- Accepted papers will be invited for oral presentation or poster presentation and will be included in the conference proceedings.
- Your manuscript should be submitted as a PDF document in .pdf format.
2. Abstract (Presentation only)
- Abstracts will be considered for presentation (oral/poster) only without publication.
- The abstract must be written in English.
- Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and clearly outline the title, purpose, methods, and outcomes of the research or practice being described.
- All submissions will undergo a peer-review process by the conference committee.
